1. Introduction and acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts and security
- You may need to register an account to use certain features; you should provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.

- We may take reasonable measures for security or compliance (e.g., temporary suspension or additional verification) to protect you and the platform.
4. License and prohibited conduct
4.1 Permitted use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes.
4.2 Explicitly prohibited conduct
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, obscene, violent, hateful, or harassing content.
- Explicitly prohibited: generating Not Safe For Work (NSFW), pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
- Infringe others’ intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights and interests.
- Intentar realizar ingeniería inversa, eludir restricciones o interferir con la estabilidad del Servicio.
- Use bots/crawlers or other automated means for abnormal access or scraping (unless we explicitly allow it).
- Perform unauthorized face swapping or impersonation of others, or publish misleading content.
- Intentar eludir el consumo de créditos, abusar de los periodos de prueba o usar el Servicio de forma fraudulenta.
5. AIGC content standards, moderation, reporting, and enforcement
The Service includes AI-generated content (AIGC) features such as text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, and related image/video generation tools. This Section sets content standards, moderation practices, user reporting channels, and enforcement actions for all prompts, inputs, outputs, and User Content created through these features.
5.1 Prohibited content categories
You must not use the Service to generate, upload, request, distribute, or store any of the following six categories of content:
- Pornography / NSFW or sexually explicit content.
- Violence / gore or graphic violence.
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors (anyone 17 or under), including fictional depictions — zero tolerance.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without authorization, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Copyright / trademark infringement or other intellectual property violations.
5.2 Zero-tolerance and other prohibited uses
- CSAM, terrorism/extremism facilitation, weapons of mass destruction guidance, and non-consensual deepfake sexual content are strictly prohibited and may be reported to competent authorities.
- You must not submit jailbreak prompts intended to bypass safety systems, mass-generate spam or fraud content, or misrepresent AI output as human-created when that would deceive others.
5.3 Content moderation
We use a layered moderation approach: automated filtering of prompts and/or outputs where available, review of user reports by our trust and safety team, and periodic sampling of content for policy compliance. Automated systems may block or refuse requests that appear to violate these standards. Model providers may also apply their own safety filters.
5.4 How to report violations
If you encounter illegal or policy-violating content, or believe someone is using the Service to create prohibited content, report it by emailing support@yevideo.io with the subject line “Content Report”, and include: the URL or asset ID (if any), approximate time, a short description of the issue, and any screenshots. We treat reports confidentially to the extent permitted by law and do not tolerate knowingly false reports.
5.5 Enforcement actions
Depending on severity and history, we may take one or more of the following actions: warn the user; delete or disable access to violating content; limit features or credit usage; suspend the account; permanently ban the account; and, for serious illegal activity (including CSAM), report to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.
5.6 Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within 14 days by emailing support@yevideo.io with the subject line “Enforcement Appeal”. We aim to complete independent review within 10 business days where practicable.
6. User content, license, and public visibility

To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, display, and distribute your User Content, solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.
If you choose to make generated content public (for example, appearing in a public feed/explore area), you agree that we may display it in public areas. You can revoke public visibility in the product, or contact us for assistance.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its related content (including software, UI, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and feature design) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the license granted herein, no rights are granted to you.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation to improve the Service.
8. Third-party AI models and processing
You understand that the Service may use third-party AI models to provide generation capabilities. You decide which provider processes your inputs by choosing a model. For more information, please see the Privacy Policy .
9. Pagos, créditos y suscripciones
- Algunas funciones requieren pago o consumen créditos. Los precios y el consumo de créditos son los indicados en las páginas del producto o en Precios.
- Puedes cancelar la suscripción en cualquier momento; seguirás teniendo acceso hasta el final del periodo de facturación actual. Cancela antes de la próxima fecha de facturación o se te cobrará el siguiente periodo.
- Payments are typically processed by third-party payment processors; you authorize us and the processor to charge your payment method for your orders/subscriptions.

10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, for security/compliance reasons, or to protect the platform and users. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or unpredictable; you understand and assume the risks associated with using generated content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption). Where limitations are not permitted, they apply to the maximum extent allowed by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it informally; if not resolved, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
