We strive to provide a stable and reliable AI image and video generation experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy’s scope and limitations.
1. Eligibility
- Refund requests apply only to subscription purchases (e.g., credits/benefits obtained through subscription). One-time credit packs (if any) are non-refundable.
- Time limit: you must submit a refund request within 3 days after purchase.
- Credit usage: if you have used more than 50 subscription credits, you are not eligible for a refund (regardless of purchase time).
- We may require order/transaction details to verify eligibility. If we cannot verify the purchase, the request may be denied.
2. How to request a refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, contact support@yevideo.io to submit a refund request. To speed up processing, please include the information below in your email.
2.1 What to include in your email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Reason for refund (a brief description is sufficient)
- The email of the account you used (if it differs from the payment email, please also explain)
2.2 Submission timing
Please submit the request within 3 days after purchase; late submissions may be rejected.
3. Refund processing
After we receive your request, we will review it and notify you as soon as possible. If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method; timing depends on payment channels/banks.
We typically respond within 2–3 business days (excluding settlement time of payment processors).
Please note: the refunded amount may be reduced by processing fees of up to 6% of the original payment amount.
4. Non-refundable cases (examples)
- One-time credit packs (if any).
- Requests submitted more than 3 days after purchase.
- Subscription purchases with more than 50 subscription credits already used.
- Requests without verifiable order/transaction information.

We may update this Refund Policy. After an update, the content published on this page will prevail.
