1. Eligibility
- Pedidos de reembolso aplicam-se somente a compras de assinatura (por exemplo, créditos ou benefícios obtidos por assinatura). Pacotes avulsos de créditos (se existirem) não são reembolsáveis.
- Time limit: you must submit a refund request within 3 days after purchase.
- Uso de créditos: se você tiver utilizado mais de 50 créditos da assinatura, não será elegível a reembolso (independentemente da data da compra).
- We may require order/transaction details to verify eligibility. If we cannot verify the purchase, the request may be denied.
2. How to request a refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, contact support@yevideo.io to submit a refund request. To speed up processing, please include the information below in your email.
2.1 What to include in your email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Reason for refund (a brief description is sufficient)
- The email of the account you used (if it differs from the payment email, please also explain)
2.2 Submission timing
Please submit the request within 3 days after purchase; late submissions may be rejected.
3. Refund processing
After we receive your request, we will review it and notify you as soon as possible. If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method; timing depends on payment channels/banks.
We typically respond within 2–3 business days (excluding settlement time of payment processors).
Please note: the refunded amount may be reduced by processing fees of up to 6% of the original payment amount.
4. Non-refundable cases (examples)

- Requests without verifiable order/transaction information.
